PLEASE NOTE: refunds will only be processed if items are packaged in their original packaging and are in re-saleable condition. We aim to process your refund within 15 days of receiving your returned item/s back to us. Payment will be credited to original payment method.

Please note ‘Bespoke Custom Items’ items which include a specific fabric/colour and/or custom size of our Divan Bases, Divan Bed Sets, Headboards and Mattresses must be cancelled within 1 working days of placing your order before it has been manufactured. Failure to inform us within 1 working day will result in a 50% fee of the item value if the item has been manufactured. This cost will be deducted from your total refund amount.
If you notify us of cancelling your order after 12 hours there will be a 50% fee of the item value as everything is ‘made to order’. This cost will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Should you wish to cancel your order within 12 hours there will be an administration charge of 5% as this is what is charged by our payment provider, this will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Returning Beds, Divans & other items
From the date you receive your goods, you will have 7 days to decide if you want to exchange your item or refund. Please note this will result in a fee of up to 50% for each item to cover the costs of transportation, manufacturing and administration as well as the following terms and conditions for returning goods.
If you wish to return any items, please ensure all items are unopened and make sure items are placed closely to the entrance of your property. PLEASE NOTE: we are not able to accept returns without the original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot refund or exchange any opened mattress unless they are faulty. If you wish to return an unwanted mattress that has not been opened, used or damage there will be a collection charge of £80. This will be deducted from any refund processed.
Collection Fees: Please note that you are responsible for covering the cost of returning an unwanted item to us. If you would like our delivery partner to collect your goods, there will be a charge for the first item and further fee for each additional item. What happens if the goods won’t fit into my home?
Please note, you as the customer are held responsible for making sure that the goods will fit in your home.
If our logistics partner are not able to fulfil the delivery of your goods due to access restraints, it may result in a fee of up to 50% for each item to cover the costs of transportation, manufacturing and administration.
